What is the QUOTRON investment platform?QUOTRON is a Multi-Account Management (MAM) trading platform that contains multiple, independent client trading accounts. Each account is owned and operated by an individual or entity that has complete control over its equity and risk parameters. Each account has a member of, or client of QUOTRON. As exclusive strategists and signallers to the QUOTRON investment platform we are able to transmit our trading signals into each client account and therefore make automated algorithmic trades on the client's behalf. The QUOTRON investment platform has three parties involved. A broker, Pepperstone, an investment manager, London & Eastern and a strategist, us. QUOTRON is a concerted effort to offer individual investors the opportunity to tie their account performance to the trading signals of a professional quantitative trading firm.

QUOTRON: Do I need to be experienced? It certainly helps to have a basic understanding of financial spread betting. You can open a demo account with any spread betting brokerage and make some test trades. Financial spread bets are similar to CFDs in that you are betting which way the market will head at any given time for a set period of time based on stops and limits. As there is no contract or underlying assets you are simply betting with the house, or the brokerage. Therefore it is classed as a bet and is tax free for personal accounts in the UK. We trade in a selection of corporate CFD accounts, which are not tax free and subject to corporate taxation and regulations in the UK. It would certainly help if you were to garner a basic understanding of margins and how they impact any returns you may make. Either way, we can help with your set up but we cannot offer advice or suggest trades to make. Once you decide to copy our trades our partner brokerage will simply replicate our trading positions into your account.
