Anthony, Russ, and Beau bring a fresh perspective to the financial markets, leveraging their award-winning skills in engineering, robotics, and computer science to identify irregularities and patterns.
With backgrounds in console game development, online forensics, and electrical weapons engineering, they apply game theory to outmanoeuvre opponents and maximise returns. Their collective expertise in BAFTA and Emmy Award-winning innovation has been redirected to disrupt financial markets.
Together, in partnership with two regulated entities, they launched QUOTRON, harnessing their 20+ years of collaboration to drive transformative trading strategies based on game theory. This trio's unorthodox approach and technical prowess make them a formidable force in the financial sector. The trio's spiritual home is Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, specifically the Eglise Saint-Nicolas de Veroce, where their mission into the markets began.

Anthony Rushton
Director of Operations
Anthony is a highly accomplished technologist and entrepreneur, with a career spanning the public and private sectors. His tenure with the Ministry of Defence (Royal Ordnance) as an electrical weapons engineer laid the foundation for his expertise in complex systems and innovation.
A recipient of the international Emmy Award for advancing online video compression, Anthony's technical prowess is matched by his business acumen. As primary contact for QUOTRON, he leverages his skills to deliver transformative investment solutions.
Anthony's academic achievements include a BA (Hons) in Economic History & Sociology from the University of York, preceded by a 5 year engineering and academic tenure with the MOD. His professional milestones include becoming the youngest board member of an established media group and leading Telemetry as CEO for 18 years.
With partners Russ Irwin and Beau Ner Chesluk, Anthony has built QUOTRON, applying game-changing strategies to financial markets. With over 20 total years of collaboration, the trio bring award-winning innovation to the financial sector.
Russell Irwin
Director of Engineering
Russell Irwin is a highly accomplished technologist and entrepreneur, with a strong background in engineering, robotics, forensic analysis and console gaming. A graduate of UMIST with an MEng Mechanical Engineering, Russ's expertise in game theory programming development led him to join Nintendo, where he contributed to iconic titles such as Golden Eye and Perfect Dark.
As co-founder of Telemetry, Russ drove innovation and growth, working alongside Anthony for 18 years. His exceptional work has earned him a BAFTA Award and an International Emmy Award, testament to his technical prowess.
With his mathematical expertise now applied to the financial sector, Russ is a key partner in QUOTRON, leveraging his technical genius to drive success. He splits his time between the UK and France, where he is based.
Beau Ner Chesluk
Director of Programming
Beau Ner Chesluk is a distinguished technologist and entrepreneur, with a strong foundation in computer science. Born in Texas, Beau pursued his academic interests at UMIST, graduating with First-Class Honours in Computer Science
Joining Nintendo alongside Russell Irwin, Beau played a formative role in the development of iconic console games Golden Eye and Perfect Dark, earning a BAFTA Award for his contributions. Beau then collected an international Emmy Award for his work in interactive, online video compression and relay.He then co-founded Telemetry, the world's first online forensics firm, alongside Russ and Anthony, co-running the company for 18 years.
A computer programming genius, Beau has built a reputation and accolades to match. Now a British Citizen, he resides in Dubai with his family. In 2022, Beau joined Anthony and Russ in applying their forensic analysis expertise to the financial markets, driving innovation with the arrival of QUOTRON.
